ACPAPP National Convention

Our firm proudly joined the 25th Annual National Convention of the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP) held on October 2–3, 2025, at Shangri-La, Makati City. The event brought together professionals from across the country to exchange ideas on digital transformation, regulatory updates, cybersecurity, and sustainability. Our delegates, Mr. Edison Saguirer, CPA, MBA, and Ms. Rubi Gailo, CPA, actively participated in discussions that inspired collaboration and forward thinking. Beyond the sessions, it was a celebration of shared learning, professional growth, and our continued commitment to advancing excellence in the accounting profession.

Sportsfest 2025

The team brought their A-game to Winner Events Place for an exciting round of table tennis. The day was filled with fast-paced rallies, surprising comebacks, and plenty of cheers from the sidelines. Some matches had us holding our breath while others had everyone laughing at unexpected shots and playful banter. Beyond the competition, it was about creating moments together, with teammates cheering, celebrating every point, and sharing the joy of the game. It turned into more than just a sporting activity as it became a day of connection, teamwork, and memories we will carry beyond the tables.

19th Anniversary Celebration

In July 2025, we gathered as a team to celebrate our company’s 19th anniversary at Vikings Santa Rosa. It was a special day filled with great food, laughter, and moments that reminded us how far we’ve come together. From sharing stories over a feast to simply enjoying each other’s company outside of work, the celebration was a meaningful way to honor the journey we’ve taken as a team. More than just an anniversary event, it was a chance to appreciate the bonds we’ve built and the milestones we’ve achieved through the years. As we move forward, we carry with us not just memories of that day, but a renewed sense of teamwork and excitement for what’s ahead.

Company Trip 2025

In June 2025, our team had the chance to travel together to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a company trip we’ll never forget. We explored iconic spots around the city, visited famous landmarks, and experienced the rich culture that Malaysia has to offer. From tasting local dishes to strolling through vibrant streets and night markets, every moment was a mix of fun and discovery. More than just a vacation, it was a meaningful time for us to relax, connect, and enjoy each other’s company beyond the usual work environment. We came home with great memories, stronger bonds, and a fresh perspective to bring back to the workplace.

Tax Campaign

In February 2025, our Audit Director, Mr. Edison Saguirer, and Audit Manager, Ms. Patricia Britanico, attended the BIR RDO 56 Calamba Tax Campaign, engaging with key officials and industry professionals to stay informed on the latest tax regulations and compliance updates. The event provided valuable insights, reinforcing our commitment to ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant tax practices for our clients. By staying up to date with regulatory developments, we continue to uphold our dedication to excellence in accounting and business management.

Christmas Party 2024

We had a fun and meaningful Christmas Party at Lagoona Brunch in Cabuyao, Laguna. The place was filled with laughter, good food, and cheerful energy from start to finish. One of the highlights of the day was the dance performance from each group, where everyone gave their best and showed creativity and teamwork. We also enjoyed games, gift-giving, and moments that brought us all closer together. It was a great way to celebrate the season, appreciate each other, and create memories as one team.

International Conference

In October 2024, our Founder and CEO, Ms. Ma. Lourdes F. Mendoza, represented us at the ACPAPP International Conference in Nagoya, Japan, joining industry leaders and experts from around the world. The event provided valuable insights, fresh perspectives, and networking opportunities, all aimed at advancing our firm’s expertise and commitment to excellence. The conference was a significant experience, reinforcing our dedication to staying at the forefront of accounting and management practices.

Sportsfest 2024

Our team came together for an exciting Sportsfest, where we showcased our competitive spirit and teamwork. The highlight of the event was a thrilling badminton game held at Winners Badminton Court. Everyone gave their best on the court, celebrating not only healthy competition but also the strong relationships that make us a great team. It was a day of fun, fitness, and collaboration, as we all enjoyed a well-deserved break while pushing each other to perform our best.

Company Trip 2024

In July 2024, our team went on an unforgettable trip to Vietnam. We explored bustling markets, visited famous historical sites, and enjoyed beautiful scenery, from rivers to lush green landscapes. We shared meals and tried local Vietnamese dishes, which brought us closer together outside of the usual work setting. This trip was more than just sightseeing; it was a chance for us to relax, connect, and strengthen our bond as a team. We returned with wonderful memories and a renewed energy for our work.

Grand Relocation

Welcome to our new home! The challenges of 2020 tested us, but Francisco-Mendoza Accounting Services found a way to push through. We’re proud to announce the opening of our brand-new office, a space designed to provide exceptional service to all our clients. Located at Unit 11, South Hampton Building 2, RSBS Boulevard, Brgy. Balibago, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, this new chapter represents our resilience and growth. The ribbon cutting ceremony was made even more special by the presence of Ma’am Lucita, the mother of Ms. Ma. Lourdes, who honored us with the symbolic gesture, marking the beginning of an exciting new journey for our team and clients alike.

Team Building

In 2019, the Francisco-Mendoza Accounting Services team gathered at Camp N in Nuvali, Laguna, for a memorable team-building day. Surrounded by nature, they tackled challenging obstacle courses and engaging problem-solving games that fostered teamwork and trust. Through laughter, encouragement, and collaboration, they strengthened their bond, leaving Camp N more united and ready to bring their renewed team spirit back to the office.
